Roasted or Grilled Salmon

This Classical Finish to your Hartmans Pickled Brisket will make a tender, juicy sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 2.5kg of Pickled Brisket
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • Sea Salt (Enough to taste like soup)
  • 2 tablespoons of Fresh Black Peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoons of Coriander Seed
  • 4 Whole Cloves
  • 2 Whole Allspice pieces
  • 5 to 6 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Large Onion, rough chopped
  • Garlic Cloves-4 pcs smashed

Servings

  • Approximately 10 portions

Preparation

Place onion, garlic, water and salt into a roasting pan. Lay unwashed pickled brisket into the pan and cover with spices. Cover with parchment and seal with foil.

Bake in oven at 300F for approximately 4 hours. Corned Beef is ready when a fork inserted pulls out easily.

Serve hot or cool fully and slice. Enjoy!
